Box office and exhibition
The box office is on the first floor of the palace. The Gallery with the tapestries and the Mirror Hall are on the second floor.

Standard admission: €5 Reduced admission: €2.50 Reduced admission applies to:
- students and teachers on presentation of an ISIC or ITIC card,
- visitors aged 60 and over.
Free admission
Children and young people up to the age of 18.
Holders of the following cards:
- severe-disability cards (ŤZP and ŤZP/S),
- Bratislava Card,
- MultiSport Card,
- ICOM.
Accompanying persons:
- tourist guides accompanying a group,
- teaching staff supervising organised school groups.
Employees of the Bratislava City Authority on presentation of a valid staff card.
Good to know
Tickets can be purchased at the box office of the Primate’s Palace. Payment can be made in cash or by card. Visitors claiming a discount or free admission are asked to present the relevant document.
